There's a fundamental truth being missed here.
No one is asking that this man be denied his basic human rights.
But it's not a vital part of his existence for him to box against women.
He could live a perfectly wonderful life, and enjoy any sport he chooses, without ever competing against women ever again.
However, the women being asked to go into the ring with him have absolutely no choice ...
... other than to refuse to fight him and deny themselves their place in the Olympics through no fault of their own.
If he's so desperate to box he should turn professional where anyone can choose whether or not to step into a ring with him.
A gold medal for this man might be within the bounds of exhaustive chemical analysis and physical examination ...
