Reading a paper online the other day there was an article showing a red map with grave warnings the temperature could reach 36c and even go up to 38c when everyone would be at risk and shouldn’t go out, travel etc. Next to it was an article about a great chance to get away on flights costing only £70 fora cheap holidaysto somewhere where it averaged 39c at this time of year.

So, it is dangerous to go outside or travel here if it reaches above 36c here but not to lie about all day in 39c in another country.
I didn’t mention work. It was saying don’t go outside in that heat, 36c and 38c was a threat to life.
