hopefully the new kits will be stitched on badge tooStunning stuff. That's a stitched on badge as well.![]()
Apparently they don't have stiched on badges because players complain they're too heavy. It would be cheaper to actually have stitched badges too.hopefully the new kits will be stitched on badge too
****ing hell, how much does it weigh?Apparently they don't have stiched on badges because players complain they're too heavy. It would be cheaper to actually have stitched badges too.

Surely Nike won't be happy with this? Unless prior agreement but I can't see them agreeing to us wearing another manufacturers gear while they're still officially our kit/merchandise manufacturer...You must log in or register to see media

Or are we wearing a Hummel strip today as well and we've ****ed Nike off![]()
Cheers mate, I always assumed it was.The kit deal and training kit deals are not one and the same mate.
Aye mad innit. Not sure if it's a general consensus across all football as I don't follow what badge is on other clubs strips.Christ, I knew some of our players could do with beefing up a bit but it's worse than I thought.

Crazy how everyone on here loves it but over the road, they don’t. I think some people wouldn’t be happy with anything Sunderland do at the minute.
In fairness I think those training tops are pretty rank and I'm probably what you'd consider a happy clapper over here. Like most the hummel stuff and really excited to see the strips, just not this particular item.
The big ugly purple triangles on the torso kill it for me. I'm too young to be nostalgic about this one, that might play into it.
I've been buying Hummel hoodies and even trainers, purely on the basis of a few years in the early 90s. And because they've got a bit of euro-style that I like.
I don't buy bloody Patrick stuff, my first kit was the Patrick one from the 3rd division season, or bloody Lonsdale stuff. Hummel gear just resonates. It's that period when I was kid and everything was exciting, even when we were ****.

To be fair, a lot of their trainers are dog ****. They've only got a couple of styles that look good and one of them has been discontinued. You can pull them off if you've got style thoughGot myself a pair of Hummel trainers off Amazon for £25 in the sale.
Used to wear them about 8 year ago and everyone took the piss.
