... fair points ... things are a bit raw right now but seemingly strange managerial changes do sometimes work ... e.g Pochettino for Adkins ... the new guy will get our support .he just needs to prove he is deserving of it ...If Pearson would have stayed after this breakdown, would he have had the best intentions for the club in his interests? or would he just be waiting to get sacked?
Weve seen stuborn Pearson and it isnt pretty, yet we have defended it because of what hes achieved, but if a working relationship has broken down then they are doing the right thing to act fast.
... groundhog dayWell Leicester have always had their fingers on the self destruct button ready to push it and today the finally have.
It was all too good to be true.
)Cheers bud, think we've lost a great manager, he'll soon get another job, prob a top championship side.Harry Redknapps knees are all better now and he's chomping at the bit to get back into it.......................!
Feel genuinely sorry for you all ( except for AKCJ of course who was all over our board like a rash last season)
His son certainly has a lot to answer for.

... would have had to have done a lot more to have merited 'legend' status with me ... but each to his own and I respect younger supporters may see it that way .. for me he is somewhere around the Jock Wallace and Gordon Milne company.. not quite up there with Gilles, Bloomfield and O'Neil ...not sure he was ever 'stable' ... some strange antics if I'm honest...Without knowing the full story im not going to criticise the owners but this decision is baffles me. We have stability and a team capable with a few new signings of having a very good season next year and now we sack Pearson!
Im guessing James Pearson had alot to do with it as guessing NP kicked up something and the owners took offence to it.
I dont agree with the decision in the slightest and I think its a very bad move
Nigel Pearson leaves here as a legend and his contribution to our club since 2009 has been brilliant.
2 Title winning seasons
2 Play off campaigns
1 Great escape

When the team is good, it is because of the players, when the team is bad it is the manager's fault - you are a typical armchair fan.
Why would we turn on him - he's gone so what it the point?
We don't have rabid tribalism here - I for one would shake his hand and buy him a pint if I ever see him.

Was he banging his fist on that button after the promotion, the play off campaign, the second play off campaign, the next promotion and then the mid table premier league finish?
Leave your pathetic bitterness for him out of it for once you utter buffoon.
It looks like the owners sacked Pearson for no reason
They believe our image is still tainted by the Thai trip so have sacked Nigel purely because he is related to one of the 3 clowns
Nigel can surely sue for unfair dismissal and would probably win. Absolutely disgusted with the owners if thats what happened
