TBH I'm not surprised at the sacking - am surprised it took so long. Apparently Guus Hiddick is favourite to take over!
Was more then that - he got us promoted twice and pulled off the miraculous last season - pity all the off the pitch ****e brought him down.
Perhaps but you're just guessing about that. I think the players had more to do with the 'miracle' than Pearson, I believe he's seriously disturbed. I also think the Leicester supporters will turn on him.
Leicester fans will turn on who exactly? It seems obviously he's well respected with our supporters of not all the football geniuses of other clubs
Bit harsh on the owners. You dont know what crap Pearson was giving them. They would only get rid of him as a last resort and it seems Pearson. Gutted myself but we move on. It may turn out to be a blessing in disguise. Get someone in now to take us to that next level. Peter Reid? Steve Walsh? Gary Megson? Terry Venables? lol
... well cut me legs off and call me shorty ... I've called the Samaritans and they are on route to Prouds ...
The names you mentioned at the bottom of your post is the reason for my rant. I can't think of anyone available purely off the top of my head who Id want instead
To all of you who wanted Pearson out? Your wish has now been granted! Totally out of the blue for me. I guess the off field situations have again got in the way of things that really matter. Cambiasso player/manager?
Money talks but I'd expect that if Pearson quickly gets another job they'll follow. I guess that's the difference, they'll stay whilst he's out a job rather than being unemployed. If my theory is right though, not the most healthy attitude to have around the club
... can't think of anyone on here who wanted him gone at this stage ... just about everyone got behind the team and Pearson ... even when some of his antics were becoming somewhat strange ...
When the team is good, it is because of the players, when the team is bad it is the manager's fault - you are a typical armchair fan. Why would we turn on him - he's gone so what it the point? We don't have rabid tribalism here - I for one would shake his hand and buy him a pint if I ever see him.
