But my understanding is that the PPE contracts which i assume is mostly what your on about, has been through the courts and the only thing Hancock & The Govt was found guilty of was late paperwork. There has been no corruption worse than the distribution of the contracts during this covid crisis. If it had it been a Labour government, the media would be relentless in bringing it to the attention of the people.
What absolute rubbish. You accuse the right of one thing and then can't accept the left are equally, if not more, guilty of the same thing. I don't need to discuss further either as you're clearly too blinkered to have any sensible discussion."A more obvious example" of what I said is now taking place, you are now turning this into who has the biggest "fan boys". Pointless. I can now see the reason Jeremy Corbyn is being used. It is to obfuscate. Thanks for enlightening me. I do not need to discuss further.

I’m no Tory but it’s been too easy to be extra critical of everything the Govt has done.
Yes they’ve made mistakes, but Labour or god forbid the Lub Dems would have as well.
Just be thankful they didn’t join the EU in their vaccine programme, which was Starmer & Labours policy.

Absolutely right with your last pointBut my understanding is that the PPE contracts which i assume is mostly what your on about, has been through the courts and the only thing Hancock & The Govt was found guilty of was late paperwork.

Sorry mate. I worded that stupidly. I meant over the last 12 months?
Matt Hancock lives in Thurlow, Suffolk, population 200. The local pub landlord in the village and a former business partner of his mother live there. They both got contracts totalling nearly £40m of taxpayers money for making PPE despite having no previous experience in manufacturing. Of course it could be a massive coincidence and undoubtedly would have been far more suspicious if Jeremy Corbyn lived thereContracts going to mates is a disgrace regarding what the courts have come out with, It absolutely stinks.

Now who's obfuscating the issue? Jeremy Corbyn has only been mentioned when he's the basis of a valid comparison.Matt Hancock lives in Thurlow, Suffolk, population 200. WhooshNow who's obfuscating the issue? Jeremy Corbyn has only been mentioned when he's the basis of a valid comparison.
Like they did for the pitsThis is why we need trade unions to be stronger in the private sector. Individual workers need a collective voice.
What an utter load of bollocksMatt Hancock lives in Thurlow, Suffolk, population 200. The local pub landlord in the village and a former business partner of his mother live there. The unions in my workplace are largely in the back pocket of the employers.Like they did for the pits
Facts do not matter anymore to some, we live in the times of "alternative truth" apparently. Or lies as I prefer to still call them. For those stating Police, Fire Service and other public sectors, for instance the Military seeing as someone posted a nice message from someone there as well... A quick Google will bring the following articles.
2.5% pay rise for the Police:
Police pay to rise by 2.5% in 2020-21 (metfriendly.org.uk)
Fire Service pay rise of 2%:
Firefighters and control staff offered 2% pay increase | Fire Brigades Union (fbu.org.uk)
Military pay rise of 2% as well:
Armed Forces personnel to receive 2% pay rise - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)
I'd say pretty hypocritical of a serving Military individual, or whoever posted that earlier to say 1% is acceptable. Would they give up there extra 1% for the good of the country? I don't think so and trying to play the old pay freeze card for them is shocking. Do your research before posting on Twitter or wherever that is because it takes 2 minutes to pull it apart.
What an utter load of bollocks

Because it’s just nice or so I’ve been told. Why do NHS workers expect to have their arses licked for doing the job they chose to do?
I assume you don't appreciate the Police for keeping the streets safe or the Military for serving Queen and Country? **** it, lets just scrap Remembrance Day, they chose to fight the big bad Nazis, the Argentinians and the recent Gulf conflicts etc and don't deserve the remembrance for which they sacrificed! Why do NHS workers expect to have their arses licked for doing the job they chose to do?
