I am disappointed that a manager is not lined up....I thought getting someone in place was the only thing holding up MP2 leaving. We need a manager to turn us round....it is still in our own hands (just) and we have a good squad. As in Redknapp's tenure, we have a team that should have been safe. People shouldn't panic if the new manager is not a perfect fit...horses for courses. We need the manager we need....does not mean that we can't have a new manager in a year or two when our needs change. Would be delighted to get a man who avoids relegation and gives us a season or two of respectability....we can always revert to being genius later.
