Anyways, my 2 cents on the game, Spurs deserved something from it really, but it just didnt go for them, not a bad performance really save a little lack of creativity up front, which we all knew would be the case with only defoe up there. A tad unlucky

Given the pathetic abuse that greets anyone visiting to the Chelsea board that isn't singing your praises it's a bit rich to take issue with a throw away comment by Spurlock. Anyone that makes a "your mum" joke is unlikely to be totally serious.

completely agree, cannot fault the players or the manager. it was spot on. but again, it comes back to AVB having his hands tied behind his back, just like any of our managers are until after Aug31st! we're never set up for the start of the season and it always costs us points. - and with what we're trying to contest for these days, they're vital points. we might as well just play a 35 game season!!

I started supporting Spurs when we were the glamour club of London, and Chelsea were in our shadow. To see these owners preside over our worst trophy haul in 60 years and get praised for it by Spurs fans - does my bonce in.

Of course we won't win the Lge , I knew that anyway. But if we want to win something, start spending ENIC, and QUICK!

No, Chelsa were right to buy him and become the firs London club to be champions of Europe and turn us over in the fA Cup semi-final.

We were just left in Chelsea's shadow AGAIN, as we've been in Arsenal and Chelsea's shadow throughout ENIC's reign, but apparently we're solvent - well done - NOT

Incidentally a relatively small club like Pompey have actually outperformed us in the honours list under ENIC
