What a fantastic day for the Catholic Church I didn't get the nod to become Vatican's seeker of truth and justice, still the Sistine Chapel needs painting and as I'm the only half decent decorator in the place it's odds on I would have had to do it.

However the Vatican's gain is not 606's loss as my bribery has resulted in me being allowed to impart my own ' cardinal sins ' on you all. I'll do my best to fill the very sizeable boots of AB who has devoted the last 173 years of his life to our board with honesty, integrity and a wonderful sense of humour, I'm sure I speak for us all when I wish him all the best in his moderated retirement.

I'm now going to crack open that very special bottle of meths I've been saving for this ' momentous day '....<ok>

No and for that I apologise. It was all meant as a bit of fun, I just for the life of me cannot take this rep stuff seriously and have always said so, just who I am I'm afraid. No offence was intended but obviously caused.

No offence taken here brb, I didn't feel a thing. I think we got a bit of a laugh out of it.

What's the point in having a discussion thread on the subjectof a new mod when in the end you just ignore popular opinion anyway (and the entire point of the thread) and give the post to whoever you want?

One of the conditions of my bail is that I had to hand in all my initiation equipment, couldn't believe that someone snitched because the beating with the barbed wire encrusted cane only lasted 7 hours...... Still, that's women for you...<laugh>
