I’d be careful where I’d ask that in Belfast…or Orange Tim?
Can tell how few people watch the 2.Bundesliga (which is understandable, why would most people over here watch it unless they follow a side in it, like I do). It is not far off of the Championship level wise, it could be equal or better, but hard to truly say.
It's brilliant to watch and arguably, like here in England, much more enjoyable than the top flight.
While I am thoroughly pissed off at Liam's sacking, I am very much behind Walter's appointment, though I would've liked someone with experience in this league.
'Tim Walter's schwarz-bernsteinfarbene Armee ...'Tim Walter's black and amber army...
2bundesliga is not equal level as the champ

But we dont need to be disengenuous about the quality of player there
Irvine went there and is still a top player in it which might say a bit.
Irvine is a massively improved player from the one we had. He's in a better side too and plays a slightly different role to what he had here.
I think he was unfairly maligned to a point with us.

Putting aside views on the rights or wrongs about his leaving us, 100% agree. Unfairly maligned and someone we generally failed to get the best from. A v decent player as he's gone on to prove for club and country.Irvine is a massively improved player from the one we had. He doesn’t but I think he gives the goalie license to.I have mixed thoughts on this…..I hope he’s a massive success but I would rather go for an experienced championship manager.
is this the coach who likes to play fly goalie?
If that’s him, is it just me or does he not look particularly German? Possibly more Turkish?Baz on today's 1904 Club podcast:

Maybe the arm gesture is another attempt at covering it up.If that’s him, is it just me or does he not look particularly German? Possibly more Turkish?
Maybe Tim Walter is a pseudonym and he’s being brought in under the radar.
