Martins has a really modern style it would be a real statement if we brought him in. Carvalhal would also be good.I would rather Carvalhal than Martins.

To be honest I'd still prefer either Edwards or Corberan - the two who Boro are going after with good reason, but would settle for Carvalhal if need be.
Jesus Christ.
Considering how Coberan actually achieved success as a manager I don’t think he would be either…Don't think he'd be particularly good.

Fan reaction to his sacking would suggest otherwise to be fair…I don't get the fascination with Coberan. He'd be fine, but he doesn't play good stuff and his managerial experience is limited.
Edwards, not a chance, he's just failed at Watford with a very good squad. It was always a huge ask for him to jump from L2.

Whoever it is I do not envy them.
Scattergun recruitment an absolute shambles of a team with no fight or passion.
I’d take 4th bottom now.

Hopefully a few home truths were shared by Shota in that final meeting and Acun will stop trying to be the main character. Love how invested he is don’t love some of the things that he is invested in. Whilst Shota wasn’t the right man for the job at any stage of his tenure hopefully as a friend of his he can help prevent us becoming a basket case again within a year. When I criticised the approach over summer I was called a panty wetter. We need a lot of work and proper management. And I don't just mean of the team.
I thought he was constantly baked...Constantly got the sun in his eyes is the look I go with.
At least we'd be able to defend crossesHis favourite XI would pick itself with Judas on the naughty step. He’d also be too easy to crucify if he fails to pull off a miracle (not Smokey Robinson).

He could produce miracles!Don't think he'd be particularly good.
How did he fail? They were about 10th with a new manager at a new level. If they wanted instant success, Edwards was probably not the right choice.Edwards, not a chance, he's just failed at Watford with a very good squad. It was always a huge ask for him to jump from L2.
