Just like Bielsa, Klopp, Pep and any other successful coach who's come here and done well. Never seen 'experience preferred but not essential for the right candidate' on a job advert before?
I would happily look past the lack of Championship experience if we got a manager of his calibre.
Its a bit of a gamble, in our position, going for a manager with no experience in the English leagues. Saying that, I wouldnt mind taking that gamble if its someone who's had success abroad at a similar level.
