The brains behind burton - I'd be happy with this, but surely Brum are better placed than us?

Could Chris Powell be about to join Derby County's Championship rivals QPR?
Chris Powell is 8/1 with Sky Bet to be the next manager of Queens Park Rangers.
Derby County's assistant manager has moved up the betting and is fourth favourite behind Tim Sherwood, Ian Holloway and former Rams head coach Paul Clement.
The Brent and Kilburn Times has reported that QPR have 'spoken' to Powell, who is Steve McClaren's number two, and he is one of a 'number of candidates currently being discussed'.
The paper also claims that QPR have spoken to Clement, Holloway and Karl Robinson.
The West London club is looking for a new boss after sacking ex Burton Albion boss Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink at the weekend.
Powell has been a manager at Charlton Athletic and Huddersfield Town.
Clement is currently 6/1 with Pearson, who left Derby earlier this season, further down the pecking order at 28/1.

Let's get Clarence Seedorf. What is the issue with black managers? There are plenty of crap white ones. A persons skin colour has no influence on their ability to galvanise a team. Personally I couldn't give a toss what colour our next manager is, as long as they can do the job.
We should get this guy. He will play possession football and will teach formation and passing that made his women's team so successful against much stronger and bigger opponentsWhat is the issue with black managers? What d'you mean? Like Redknapp and Sherwood. You are absolutely right. His skin colour is irrelevant if he can do the job. He sounds more promising than these low English League managers we are supposed to be interviewing. We should get this guy. He will play possession football and will teach formation and passing that made his women's team so successful against much stronger and bigger opponents

???????????????? Say that again? This time in EnglishdMac for once may not understand the club anymore...
Timmy enters and wins a few then it suggest that dMac thinks our fanbase maybe fickle?
Not so sure but there is still an intelligence at QPR with us ... QPR fans this is not confined just to football journos who lost the point years back IMO
It works both ways dMac Timmy may lose a few as well and it will open season again but with a bigger passion he could even comprehend
So in fact his tweets as usual are ****e
I'll tell you a big reason why I don't like him. Whenever his teams score or have any success, he celebrates and talks about it as if HE DID IT. He loves being in the limelight and being recognised.its going to be sherwood isn't it?
I really, really dislike him. I haven't even got much of a reason to dislike him... i just do.
But you've been calling QPR fans fickle and infected for years or have you now changed your tune? All football fans are fickle to a degree and DMac is right a few wins and everyone is happy, a few losses and it's off with their heads. it's human nature, it isn't going to change.dMac for once may not understand the club anymore...

Read some of the posts, not just on this thread, but on many others. There APPEARS to be a racist slant to some of them. What d'you mean? Like Redknapp and Sherwood. You are absolutely right. His skin colour is irrelevant if he can do the job. Chris Powell has proved twice that he can't
