Hmmmmm I'm not entirely sure about this as my reason is that the club knew all along that Dodds was not a 'permanent' head coach but rather interim on the basis that it would allow them enough time to learn from mistakes, identify targets, shortlist, interview and agree on an appointment.
They were fully aware that Dodds would be stepping down from the head coach role as soon as he agreed to tale over as interim, they always knew we'd need a new head coach going into this season. Soeakman even mentioned in March at the supporters meeting that they'd began the process to sort the new head coach.
I don't think it's unfair to use 120 days because that's exactly how long they've had since Beale was sacked to sort out a permanent one for this season. Even if we take that interim period for them to 'learn' and evaluate what went wrong, it was in Speakmans own words in March that the process had begun. So even if we use that as a barometer it's been over 70 days.
Either way, I think we can all agree it's not been handled well
