Surely there's scope for a decent piece looking into what has gone on, what the process has been, who we've really spoken to and the barriers we've faced in appointing them. Would seem right up the Athletic's street to me.

Absolutely this.. Us fans think the world revolves around SAFC..to us it does. To the rest of the footballing world, not so much.

Now here's a theory straight off the top of my head.

Maybe some of the leaks DID come out of the club - the likes of Robinson and Challionor so that the club know who's making their mouth go and then giving them a bollocking when it hits social media.

Note to self - I really must stop watching Elementary!!!!

Agents ruin football and should be banned in all honesty. Imagine just turning 17 earning 3.5k pw playing for Sunderland in and around the first team in a decent league. You'd be f*****g buzzin man.

That poster is usually a good one like and has got plenty right with the new kits (aware that is two different departments like).

Someone mentioned to me we'd been looking at a french coach the other day too. Who knows.

I'm still hoping for Cifuentes or Maric
