In his first 8 league games we only lost to Ipswich and Hull.. we had a 50% win rate, took a point away at Boro and dropped 2 against Rotherham. Hull had one shot all game anarl so that’s not true.

Edit - Apologies forgot he’d just walked through the door when we played Coventry, didn’t include that.

Still wasn't good football tho so my point still stands.

The more I read about Digard the more I'm convinced this could be a very good appointment, very under the radar but young and has done very well so far, the fact he's lived up here before is a big bonus as well, will settle much quicker than others potentially would.

Took over on 9th Jan 2023 and initially went 12 games unbeaten in Ligue 1, finished the season with 4 wins from the last 6 games for a 9th placed finish.

He was replaced last summer summer by Francesco Farioli and went back to managing the Nice B team.

It's just a matter of time before a Ligue 1, or top Ligue 2 side hire him.

Been a mental day at work today so just getting caught up on the many pages

But yeah i heard similar to prehab in that there could be an announcement today

I was told that we have really positive talks with a manager and they are really keen to come - still a few details to sort out though. The person that messaged me, sent me a message earlier saying today is a huge day - im taking that as its decision day from all parties but that is me guessing as thats all I've had from him

Always wary of passing on info as dont want to give anyone false hope as weve been here before but thats what I've been told anyway

The person that told me is pretty reliable and not a sh*t stirrer so no reason to not believe him
AKA Imminent

We mightn’t have 10k empty seats if we were in that position though so the atmosphere would likely be better. It’s becoming common theme for visiting fans to say they didn’t hear a peep from our fans all game unless we scored. Only one end bothers to sing and since we found out we were playing Newcastle in the cup all they’ve sung about is the mags which is embarrassing in its own right.
Aye because the one game a season fans all rock up for another couple of games, shame that half them don't have a clue as to where their seats are located.

We had about 35k season card holders though so 90% of the fans in the home end of that stadium are regulars. No idea where you’re going on a Saturday afternoon but it’s not the SoL by the sounds of it :emoticon-0102-bigsm

If we were top and ten points clear with two games to play, you'll still get folk posting on " how ****e " the atmosphere is.

......... and still get the 80-minuters, who are more bothered about getting an extra pint than watching the full match. I assume they're either alcoholics or have been told by their wives they've got to be back by a certain time, in which case they need to grow a set.
