Does Rosenior speak any other tongues ?

Just wondering in light of all the folk that were adamant that the next head coach must be bilingual because of our favour of French imports, which TBF never really sat well with me, football is a universal language.

Thank **** he’s gone now and we can all move on with the rest of our lives.

He’s basically quit Reims under the same circumstances that he’s joined Lens.

Good luck to him, looks like he has a job on his hands.. I bought into the hype early doors but feel relieved he has gone elsewhere now. Too many warning signs that he really wasn't the man for us became too hard to ignore.

Hopefully the next one is.

Based upon lots of suggestions it is obvious that whoever we appoint will have some people unhappy but we need to get behind whoever it is.
However, IF the recruitment is positive this will help quell any negativity in a lot of people (not all because some like to moan for the sake of it).

Not according to Tony Mowbray, I always felt he had a problem with the foreign lads ...

... his last two signings were elderly English players.

Rosenior reminds me of a Mowbray style of appointment, not the most exciting but generally seen as a solid choice. As it turned out, Mowbray was an excellent choice so hopefully the same thing applies for Rosenior if it’s him.

I haven’t a clue who it is, I heard it was definitely Jansen and then he gets taken out of the running!

FWIW, I think it will most likely be Rosenior, but what if Jansen was taken out of the running because progress was made with Cifuentes, or we spoke to him late last week and it was a 'no go'.

There hasn't been anything officially released by the club, ruling anyone in or out, we are just going on what we believe to be club leaks.

We have to be careful with judging when club leaks happen. They may not be immediate. The information might be a couple of days behind. For example, Challinor and Robinson were in the frame for a couple of days before the leak came out that they weren't under consideration. What if it was the same with Jansen and he was ruled out before KLD's statement? This ruling out of Jansen could have happened before the weekend and the 2 candidates we were supposedly interviewing were Rosenior and Cifuentes.

Hopefully, we will find out in the next 48 hours and we can get behind the new man and move on.

If it was Rosenior it could've been sorted weeks ago.
