For all the Maric heads, is there not a tinge of concern over him being a youth coach mostly and not having a proper managers job yet? Just curious.

Excellent tutorerage at Bayern, now wants to step out and become first team coach. We would be an excellent opportunity/fit for him. Its a chance I'd love us to take.

For any other squad it would be a worry, but considering our first team squad is basically a youth squad in age, it wouldn't bother me.
