Is that in order? So you'd have Heckinbottom 2nd?

I'll show my working out:

Will Still
Highly regarded, very young coach from abroad but is English, success in Belgium and France with smaller clubs. Also we've been tracking him for over 6 months, this feels like the ideal candidate to me.

Paul Heckingbottom
Former Sunderland player, has a very recent promotion from the Championship on his record, feels like a decent fit to me.

Liam Rosenior
Did well to get Hull back in contention but fell short, a young coach with some good ideas, not fully convinced if he has the CV to get us into the top-6.

Pascal Jansen
Did well at AZ over several seasons alternating between 4th and 5th behind the big boys Ajax, PSV and Feyenoord. Was unable to unseat any of them over the course of his tenure. Did his job at AZ to the letter but didn't exceed.

Rene Maric
Has a great youth coaching CV but remains untested as a coach in mens football. Hard to judge.

If we are going purely on their fit with this squad and under the current model i'd go;
Jansen
Maric
Rosenior
Still
Challinor
Hecky
Robinson

For all the Maric heads, is there not a tinge of concern over him being a youth coach mostly and not having a proper managers job yet? Just curious.
