Dembele on the wing as well since they are matesStruber as the DOF and that's everyone KLD either knows or wants at the club![]()
TwatterJust waiting for the usual suspects on twatter to complain we're "only appointing him because he's free"
You sound like my dad…Just waiting for the usual suspects on twatter to complain we're "only appointing him because he's free"
Would love him to bring amir Richardson with himI dont have a clue who the new manager will be...but timing of this announcement is very interesting...lots of people and media suggesting Maric and news soon...however lets see how it all plays out.
Personally, I would like Still to ge given chance here and allow him his own backroom staff and ability to select his own transfers. FTM
Alright son?TwatterYou sound like my dad…
KLD is skint, we've give up on promotion, welcome to the WiseMenSay podcast etcanother out of work manager ffs man arghhhhhh
etc
Quiet excited for the close season whoever comes in will be a gamble we’ve just got to get behind the new man and see what he can do,hopefully the loud minority give them a chance
I’m probaas old as your dad!!!TwatterYou sound like my dad…

Echo every word of this. Particularly the bold bit!I'm not going to lie, I'm going to be a bit disappointed if it is Still, his Reims team are a pretty dull watch and perform pretty poorly on metrics like xG etc even when doing well in the league - you could see this second half of the season drop off coming (I appreciate they lost players to the AFCON and the Asian cup and sold Matusiwa).
I don't find his persona, at least in the media, appealing either - a lot of self protection etc.
That said, if it is him then I'll be 100% behind him.
And his sister Jill as PR Officer.Exactly, Will Still as head coach, his brother as assistant and rene maric as a 1st team coach
It’s a deal !And his sister Jill as PR Officer.
This for me, also, the 2 wins since Christmas is a worry...I'm not going to lie, I'm going to be a bit disappointed if it is Still, his Reims team are a pretty dull watch and perform pretty poorly on metrics like xG etc even when doing well in the league - you could see this second half of the season drop off coming (I appreciate they lost players to the AFCON and the Asian cup and sold Matusiwa).
I don't find his persona, at least in the media, appealing either - a lot of self preservation and serving of his own interests even if it’s at the expense of his employers etc.
That said, if it is him then I'll be 100% behind him.
Any coach coming to the championship would look at us as one of the top 6 clubs to come to.I keep reading why this coach or that coach won't come because of the state we're in. Yes this season has been one to forget but look at the players we have - Pattison, Ballard, Neil (if we can keep him), Clarke (more than likely to go if Harte has his way), Ekwah, Hume, Cirkin (when he's fit) Alese to name first teamers. Then there's kids coming through - Rigg, Watson, Kelly, Young. We have more than enough for an ambitious coach to put his stamp on and then add the players that can hit the ground running next season. I've never looked forward to a close season as much to see what happens next
If someone looked at is and was put off by our current form I wouldn't want him in the first place, both Mowbray and Beale had us around the play offs. If a coach couldn't see the potential we have he's not capable of doing a job here. It's neither positive or negative.
You have to look at us the way an outsider would look at us to get a realistic view, and the facts are that we're beginning to look like a basket case again. That will put some candidates off.
