You don't need to have a complete change in backroom staff, as long as the manager can bring his assistant in
But the model doesn't dictate that he's not allowed his own staff. That's a myth. And Still won't come without his brother.
Other than a few rumours on forums, nobody has said he was going
well looks like KS is off
Then he won't take the job. Imagine he's the sort that would insist on bringing his own lads in.
Most will thank him for the progress we have made but probably right time for him to go. The Beale appointment and the last couple of windows, shouldn't detract from what we achieved overall. Best of luck to him
Not many have left us in a better place than they found us, he deserves credit for that if nothing else

Interesting about Still leaving his job. Not getting too excited about it meaning anything to us yet. Could just as well be the case the club want him gone given the current form. Maybe both parties have had enough of each other and this is a sensible outcome. Works for Still as it isnt a sacking, which might have been on the horizon, and for Reims who can avoid compo? Wild guesswork on my part, but Still has a reputation to protect and getting sacked might well shatter it. He will get his next job no problem, might not have been so easy if he was sacked as the spotlight would have been on this run, not last seasons. Maybe he will get the famous streaky tag 
Yeah not sure why loads are so keen for him to leave, overall he has done a good job. He has made mistakes but everyone makes mistakes
