Eric would change our whole culture of football, from U16s to 1st team.
I've been over for 5 days after my mam died, its amazing the respect he gets from players staff down to the groundsman.

I'm sure that he would love to be at this club in theory, and I'm sure he's indicated as much to you in the past.

What I struggle to believe is that he would give up managing a team in the Champions League to come to the Championship. It's not realistic.

I asked this. Didn't get a satisfactory answer. Maybe there is a general acceptance that the season is gone and nothing to be gained by appointing a 6th Head Coach of the season. We aren't going up, we aren't going down. Let the season play out and reset in the summer.

I think it best if the season is lost that we integrate a new coach in whilst we can and have nowt to lose
