Aye it’s incredible how little leaks from the club these days. Wonder if any prospective managers are told leaks won’t be tolerated as could affect the appointment etc.

I fully trust the club these days and thankfully Dodds and the players have done an unbelievable job so far.

Hopefully that's a good sign. All the internet rumours have died down and the club are getting on with the matter in hand safe in the knowledge the team is in good hands. I'd say this is just about the perfect way to go about recruiting a new HC

And that’s the only reason I’m against Dodds. What he’s done in the 2 games with changes and setup has been magnificent. I’d be all for him being number 2 alongside his current role.
These were 2 of the best sides in the league. He read them like a book, set us up right , and his in game changes were brilliantly timed and immaculately executed.

I’m not saying Dodds should get the job but imagine how we’d be going on about a new gaffer if he’d come in and got the two results Dodds has just gotten, we’d be staying we had a superstar, wait it out and trust those that are paid to make the decision they’ve earned it
And the manner in which he’s got them. Both been tight games won with tweaks.

I’ll struggle to look past him if similar happens next 2 games. The players love him Jobe absolutely glows about the bloke.

Absolutely Dodds doing so well just shows how strong the structure of the club is now.
They will have a list of candidates but it wont be plain sailing (sorry) its a two way thing we cant just get who we want if they have other priorities or their club wont play ball. Let the process play out. Personally I'd be happy for Dodds to continue for as long as it takes us to get the right man. Even if thats the summer.

No doubting he’s done well but he’s just part of the reason we’re not 100% dependent on a Head Coach, our backroom lads are good enough to carry on without one
