Out of interest, who would you like us to bring in as head coach?

I really liked the sound of Maric, just feel he is a really exciting coach that could make an unreal head coach - he would have to bring some experience in with him

Im not great on knowing what coaches are available or up n coming - just focus on players but Maric def stands out as an exciting option

I agree the model/system needs tweaked tho, all good 'businesses' will make tweaks to their operations to improve and we have ti keep doing that to improve n become the club we all know we can be

Thats how ownership works. Brighton are in hundreds of millions of pounds of debt to their owner and they are branded as a well ran club. Just because KLD is doing things differently to your **** of a mate Donald.

To be fair Bob, its in the accounts in writing that KLD intends to convert the £18m he has put into the club into shares (i.e the club dont have to pay him that money back).

We've spent money and its unfair the notion about not putting money in, its just not true. Short also put a hell of a lot of money (amounts at the time that should of seen us be solidified as a top ten prem team imo) but made horrendous decisions with it and we ended up at the lowest point in our history. We've lost our way the last 6-12 months, KLD needs to get back on track this season, this head coach appointment is huge.

You do tend to post "middle of the road type posts" and I have no problem with that, everyone has a right to their opinion. However there are those that look for reasons to have a go at the club no matter what. I'm not happy with not having a head coach in by now - ideally I wanted someone in the week after the season ended but for whatever reason that hasn't happened
