They are a total shambles. Its completely undeniable.

You dont publically chase someone for 3 months then not get them. Every other Head Coach then knows they are not first choice and its just embarrassing.

Their 'process' is a total disaster yet again.

Yep that would be my only doubt with him - his football is very 1 paced but hes still so young that i could def see him having his side play with more tempo going forward

Seems a top bloke as well

Farioli was never ever coming here mate. It was agents playing silly buggers in my opinion. That whole story absolutely does my head in. Either we have owners who have no concept of what is realistic for us, or we are just a play thing for media to promote coaches.

I fully get the frustration don’t get me wrong but we’re all going to turn up in our numbers anyway, if your against the owners or whatever that’s fine, back the team not the regime

Ah fair enough, vaguely remember Romano saying we were looking at him totally out of the blue. Interesting point about our reported coaches, always gets me excited that we're supposedly after these higher reputation coaches from abroad but then end up with the likes of Beale haha.

Haha, im the same, always reactionary on here venting when I hear bad news but Scout always seems to have a rational post. I do think its fair/understandable to be pissed off at the minute though, still time for us to get it right.

Still was not / is not the man for us. If the head team thought so, ok, but I disagree. His style of play is miles off our squad and I think his reputation is massively overblown. If you are reading this Will, it was 10 men against PSG and the big guns were out. I know you like accuracy <laugh><laugh>

Lets get someone who is player orientated. We need a coach who develops individuals. Who focuses on confidence. Mowbray was good at that. Maric is supposedly really player focussed. Dodds we know is. Maybe, just maybe, Maric with Dodds and others are right for us. If Mowbray rated Dodds as a coach then tbh I buy that over the opinion of us on the forum.

Alternatively, Phil Bardsley is beginning his journey.

This happens more than people realise.

Being linked to a job at SAFC gets a lot of media attention and this gets taken advantage of by untrustworthy sorts.
