Absolutely. That is Speakmans job and what he gets paid to do though.
There has been enough failure to keep Speakman on the payroll.

If true and Still doesn't come then surely that makes Speakmans position untenable?
Maybe it was all agreed, but Lens have come with a better offer / more attractive proposition and Still has used staffing as an excuse to make a u-turn. Makes him come out of it looking good
