IF true, re the investment part then I wont necessarily criticise that because some managers might want unrealistic budgets and the club will want to stick to its guns with that (they know what will be sustainable for us) but this staffing stuff to me would be ridiculous. The model doesnt appear to have a lot of flexibility with it, which okay head coaches will accept not having full say on transfers etc (I support that decision) but surely they need to have their own team to help produce results on the pitch? Are we really going to miss out on really decent targets for head coach to keep the likes of Dodds and Proctor on the bench? I have serious doubts for long term success if that is our strategy. Hope this is bollocks.

Absolute embarrassment that we are not budging with staff. Investment fair enough we know we need to sell to sign better but **** me why is Dodds untouchable

if it is true that the whole thing has collapsed because they wouldn’t let him bring staff with him then they can **** off like.

Hopefully isn’t the case.
Exactly, before i have a go ill wait and see what happens over the next week

Its not a good look from the club going this long without a manager but ill judge it when (if we ever) bring in a manager

If its someone good then its worth the wait, if its not then ....

As someone who wasn’t bothered about Still at all, this is just farcical. All eggs in one basket and again they’re holding the club to ransom to protect Mike Dodds career. Absolutely disgraceful this like

It was the case on may 18th when I posted exactly that. The other day I thought there was a change.

Appears not.

****e.
I heard there was change as well mate and that it was agreed that still, his brother and 2 coaches were coming in (a fitness coach n 1st team coach)

If theyve gone back on that to keep dodds n proctor then its a total shocker

There's been loads of wild speculation, from loads of people ...

... that post fits in quite neatly.

Everyone’s saying the same thing and has been for weeks but it can’t be true because the owner himself hasn’t came out with a statement confirming it. Come on mate the writing is on the wall he wants to keep that nugget amongst the set up because he’s mates with the Bellinghams.

Not being funny but the rigid model has been discussed loads on here and people refused to accept that it was an issue. Well here we are. Makes it worse that Dodds , Proctor and Speakman are not worth keeping anyway.

Obsession with progression my arse. More like the Birmingham boys club.
