Nice one marra.

I'll be furious if it comes down to front bench coaches like. Seems like Dodds and Proctor (who have failed in their remote in the last 6 months and are a deep part of our going backwards) are more important than a Head Coach you've been chasing for the best part of half a year.

Stubbornness to stick with failure is horrific and if it is the case then they'll sharp find out what incompetence looks like with a no mark head coach and a slide back to league one, which is exactly where we were heading with Dodds in charge. Thank God he only had 13 games

It's the clubs choice who they want to appt. I think all the rumours and speculation about various managers shows that nobody has a clue who we are going to definitely appt

The club were apparently shocked about the reaction to Beale, it would be another level up if they take 100+ days to get heck in. For that reason I very much doubt it will happen.

I'm sure hes very good at what he does, but there would be no possible way for the club to spin it...'always on our radar', 'first choice' etc. Wouldn't wash. It'll look like an abject failure and I don't think that would be tolerable to club given the last 9 months.

Far more likely to be someone completely unexpected and unknown. That's if it's not WS, and at this point I genuinely hope it is.

They have backed themselves into a corner with this protracted recruitment process. There'll be hell on if they recruit someone who was available when Beale was sacked.

For that reason, I really can't see it being Hecks or Cooper.

I'd like to ask you all who you would be happy with at this point realistically?
Still was always going to be a huge gamble in my eyes. It it's not Wicky then I think it will end up being Rosenior. We could do better but we could do a lot worse.

Seems loads would be delighted if it was Cooper. I've personally never taken to him, not withstanding his obvious achievements. Also, not sure he fits what we're apparently looking for, but at the very least it would be an ambitious appointment. Can't see it happening.

First choice Cooper, I’d be happy with Heckingbottom but fuming when we could’ve had him months ago. Still and Mario I genuinely know nowt about.

Apparently turned down Burnley, so I’d be baffled if he came here.

Cheers mate, I definitely won't hide but I won't be used as a 'feed' again either.
I've been given identical info, from three different people who don't know each other, so it looks like some kind of plan ... who knows. My problem is that I'm a fanatical supporter so start lashing out if what I'm saying is challenged <laugh>

Perhaps the info was 'good' or perhaps people were playing games ...

... whatever the case this is just a chat forum and the truth is out there somewhere :bandit:

Posters are now saying the club are either feeding info or jumping on anyone reporting it.

It's all too complicated for a simple minded pit lad like me.
