Dodds has to have a significant role. He’s shown he has good organisation, selection, mixes up the play, players playing for him, brave. Can’t argue so far. We look so much more competitive and confident. A new manager may not want that of course so that makes it a tough one. A few fans slated him before he’d started this spell so I’m really chuffed for him.

Nah he has done really well. Just seen his post presser wanting the job. Wasn't exactly jumping at it.
He loves his normal job. I don't feel he wants it or will get it.

correct I don’t know just going off how the club have set things out and explained it all. He may have some say but he’s not gonna be sticking lists of players in etc what’s the point in all the data quys doing there job just for him to say I want this one?
just can’t see any coach coming in and expecting a decent budget and picking players.
