Why would someone anyone not talk to every potential employer when looking for a new job?

I had a job offer that I had accepted and their time doe me to start was 3 months. So in that time I was still interviewing with other companies and when one offered a better package I rang the other and said I'd changed my mind.

Long time ago I was once offered two jobs starting on the same Monday ...

His ethos is to get the academy working and players into the first team, which is exactly what's happening.

I'd be totally shocked tbh ...

... KLD is putting in his own money to get Sunderland promoted, he'd crush them like bugs if he thought they were holding us back. Owners aren't at football clubs to make friends and he has little in common with those two anyway.

People who have let him down are soon pedalled ... either on the football side or behind the scenes.

Speakman is in charge of the footballing side and Dodds is a friend of Speakman. He will not want to get rid.

Basically what happens now, is we panic, we look at head coaches who have failed in their last jobs...

Rosenior - who did fail look at the squad he had man easily should have been in play offs - boring style of play similar to Beale
Heckingbottom - getting battered 5/5/7 nils with Sheff and took did all the damage before he left - overlooked for Plymouth job and overlooked for Birmingham job.....says it all


Club mainly KS have messed this up big time and the reaction wont be good.

To a point he is yes... but the Beale decision deviated from that and that was solely a speakman decision

What have they messed up? You don’t know what is or is not happening inside the club.
You don’t know that Heckingbottom didn’t turn down Plymouth. It’s all bullshit conjecture to allow you to have a pop at the club

The director of football model works. Speakman not being a great director of football doesn't mean we should scrap the whole thing, he should just be replaced.

We can't go back to needing a full new squad every time we change manager.
