mate the humans mistakes happen and the will happen again. but generally what is actually going to change in are season getting a gaffer now or in 6 weeks, we aren't the only club who have done it before loads of clubs have done it and clubs will do it again , the biggest mistake was bottling the change last summer and not going for the gather the actually wanted and instead listened to the fans and kept mowbray, which led to us going into the new season with a fractured relationship between mowbray and the above,

soon as that story leaked, the relationship was never going to be repaired again and mowbray new it and that's why he was slagging everything to do with club in his interviews

if still is the man the want why pay 5m for him now when in 6 weeks he will be worth a fraction of that ?

what if it's rohl the want but he's told them he wants to finish the season with Wednesday first ?

See that’s what I don’t get! The club leaks **** all these days! I find it hard to believe they let slip who they wanted as manager and then went back on it because of a few posts on message boards.

the clubs got a plan and won’t be put off because of a few twisty ****s imo.

... I couldn't even try to spell his name but he's an example of what foreign managers are out there.

I think he's won stuff over there.

the club sometimes defo leak stuff sometimes to see what the fans think, ones thing for sure fabrizio romano is the probably the biggest bloke in football for breaking story's, , he's not going to just post something like that with out something being in it

He doesn’t always get things right tho. Just doesn’t make any sense to me that they’d not follow the plan because of a bit noise. They’ve sacked managers out of the blue without fan pressure.

I agree, i think they have learned from the mistake of appointing Beale

It would be easy to just appoint any manager now but if they believe they can get their no1 target in the summer then its best to wait

They might have gone the Beale appointment wrong but they nailed the 2 previous ones - even Johnson was the right type of appointment

As you said we should wait for the right manager

And getting it wrong would again would be a massive PR disaster.

Don't want one now. But they should have had the balls to do it last summer then, again, another chance after Mowbray. Screwed them both. People making said call are rightly on thin ice.

Itll also cost Speakman his job imo

This summer is massive for us as a club, imo itll be a defining summer for KLD. Theyve got a lot right since coming in, more right than wrong. Its just easy to forget all the good things when results n performances on the pitch have been poor this season

Im actually really excited about this summer, im choosing to remain positive for the time being

I think tone expected to go after the Luton game TBH. We were all talking about it on here. Then the news about other coaching. Tone and Speakman never got on after that.

I think he'll get it right. While this season hasn't been great, it's not been as bad as some make it out to be. I think the noises coming out of club, as minor as they might be, suggest that they know where its gone wrong. The good things they've done previously are enough reason to remain positive for me.
