The trouble is now that we all know too much and it's a contrast maelstrom of info/gossip that feeds more speculation and finite analysis of what might be offhand comments.
Of course errors will be made but it feels like the club actually has a structure and a real plan. That's rare in my lifetime tbh. Flexibility is fine, to a degree, but I grew tired of each new manager bringing in his own staff/players/philosophy.
