I'm hoping they pull out all the stops for this lad, he is a proper scholar of the game I really like the way he has worked his socks off to get where he is now. I think he has a huge future ahead of him and hopefully it will be with us.

If Will Still wants the job I’m absolutely certain he will get it. Fits the mould in literally every way I think they’re looking for.

He’s managing a better team in a better league and a better position though seems absolutely mad that someone would give up battling for CL football to come here. It’s not like he’s leaving for a PL club or leaving a club near the bottom of the league they’re 4 points off a CL place
English football has a huge pull tho, even the championship tbh. We might the perfect opportunity for him to get to the PL. We have huge potential imo, and an ambitious coach will see that
I get this argument but this could be the perfect way for him into English football. No premier league club is taking a punt on him, even if he gets Reims into Europe.
We suit him in many ways. I think the project would excite him personally. (That’s based purely on that interview I posted earlier).
Will Still would be a hell of a coup if we could pull it off. For those that have never heard of him, he is possibly the best managerial prospect outside of the top clubs.
By ' young' I suppose you mean modern and up to date in his understanding of the game
We do not want a manager who has to be 'young', we want a manager who is excellent, his age should be immaterial
Has he got his badges? Certain his club were getting fined every game he managed.
He also has a University degree in football and started out as a video analyst then worked his way up the ladder. I really enjoyed the podcast of how he set up his team to outwit PSG he would be perfect for our young exciting squad.
Well he gets it for me with that build up.
Hope so it would be an incredible statement of intent and I’m sure the players would be itching to work with someone so highly regarded
