Don't think it's as mad as people think, a lot of young coaches want to manage in England, he'll know the set up here after speaking to kld/speakman and a chance to be a coach in the premier for next season. Don't think it's beyond the bounds of possibilities for him to take that chance. Some people do make risky decisions in the life, not saying he will but the only person who does is himself

If Will Still is who we want then surely we wouldn’t have sacked the manager we had without knowing he will come to Sunderland?
If the championship was good enough for Bielsa then I see no reason for Will not consider working for us. It could be the quickest way for him being a Prem coach and definitely worth the gamble.

Still would be unbelievable and a sign of true ambition. Maybe a stretch to far for us currently, but if there is any sniff of noise that falls under encouragement from his end, we should be all in.
Honestly I recommend anyone watch / listen to his long interview on the high performance podcast. If you’re unsure of him I’m confident it will turn you around.
