100% it wont be, we need someone who can come in and is willing to work under our plan A young exciting coach is what im hoping for, not sure who i want but like the sound of will still plus the swedish lad we are linked with
Anyone heard Dave Challinor is on the list? Crushing the stats in the lower leagues https://totalfootballanalysis.com/t...llinor-scout-report-tactical-analysis-tactics
Do you see our plan working? If so which top coach will come in knowing if it don't go well, he's out the door. TM just didn't have the right playing staff restricted by KS
Yes i do, itll be long term tho - the only way we will ever be able to compete in the PL is by signing n developing young players. I do thing they needed to sign more experienced young british players in the summer- like we did with clarke n ballard the season before but overall this is the best way (in my opinion) that we can be succesful long term We arent looking for someone who is a top coach now, we are looking for a coach who has that potential. Kieran mckenna, michael carrick, the Leicester manager - all exciting young coaches who could become top coaches in the future, thats the type of coach we are aiming for, one that will grow as the team does TM also wasnt getting the best out of the players this season, time will tell on some of the signings - too soon to judge the summer signings just yet
The plan is working or are you just ignoring everything that has happened since kld bought the club. If your mate was still here we'll more than likely be in league 2
I don't think it's bollocks, at some stage we have to get a coach in who will get us up and understand and use the model, if he is kld first choice then go all out id say. The coaches wage doesn't go against ffp so I think he would pay for someone he wants
Yes. We have had constant progression since KLD and Speakman came in. Our setup has gained many plaudits from around the world. The only people who seem to be against it are the people who are refusing to get with the times.
Why 'young' ? I want somebody very capable, etc, etc, but am not bothered at all about their age We have just seen an older coach who certainly connected with the players, including the younger ones, and he was not 'young'
Doesnt have to be young tbh, probably modern should have been the word i should have used Someone who can adapt tactics easily in games and plays at a high tempo
