I finished the second series of Sunderland Til I Die last night, I thought it was better than the first series. More about the fans and the struggles of the owners. Plus, you know it has the "typical City" style ending!
Me too, watched it Friday and Saturday. Enjoyed it just as much as series 1. I'd love to have seen them reacting to Honeymann leaving after the series finished.

Stranger Things Series 2 may be my favourite ever telly series, slightly embarrassingly so for a middle aged bloke who should know better. But what it does it does very well indeed. Give it another go

I couldn't stand Season 2, but Season 3 is fantastic.

Each to their own I guess. I loved season 1, feared that the only way from there would be down but then thought season 2 was better in almost every way. Season 3 I thought was still good, but had lost some of the magic by ramping up the comedy. As I say it’s just personal taste isn’t it?

Yeah for sure, never a bad thing if you enjoy content.

I really want to get to Season 3 of Ozark which everyone has said is fantastic, but will it be a chore to do 1 & 2 to get to the gold stuff? :)

Absolutely not, you NEED to watch the first two series or you’ll wonder what the **** is going on in series 3, plus every episode of each series is brilliant. I’m honestly gutted that we’ve watched them all, so I envy you a bit.

Every episode of each series is gold, FACT.

Just finished The Stranger, (OLM's suggestion), a good watch, the Anlaby girl played a good part as the Stranger, it was a bit rushed at the end, and could have been done in a more edge of your seat way IMO.

Dyslexia kicked in and I read that as:

Just finished episode 4 where he acquires the club strip.

Good so far.

And I thought, he's watching The English Game, but what an odd thing to focus on.

Which is gonna mean the sum total of **** all squared to anyone who hasn't seen the series.

Just watched I, Tonya. I remember so well the Nancy Kerrigan "incident." & Tonya stopping her routine because of the problem with her skate laces. She was the butt of so many comedy sketches and just about everything said by everyone, including ignorant Joe Soap citizens like myself, at that time was so negative towards her. This movie gives a very different picture to the girl and what she went through - no doubt the truth lies somewhere in-between but I came away feeling she was hard done by the media and the general public. Her mother, at least as depicted in the movie, was some piece of work AND if you don't watch it for any other reason, the Shawn Eckardt character is about as entertaining a "fabulist" as you will ever get.

Can anyone recommend a Netflix series with episodes about 30 mins long.

I'm so tired at the moment I keep falling asleep trying to watch my usual watching at the moment which is Ozark,Money Heist and Better Call Soul

The Ricky Gervais thing dropped last year was superb and each episode is about 25 minutes. After Life.
