I enjoyed Season 2. I thought it was a little easier going than Season 1.

As a benchmark, I enjoyed Picard too and the internet is having a right panty-wetting session about how disappointing it was.

As a further benchmark, I find The Expanse unwatchable.

Yep didn't enjoy The Expanse either.

Picard was great up until the finale which was a bit of a letdown.

Only started this week on Narcos Mexico...thought it would be a lame spin-off...but hell, it is right up there and just finished Series One Episode Five...the Colombian connection...that was seriously good watching...wow!!! Early days yet but this is up there with Better Call Saul and Frazier as spin-offs, prequels, sequels, par excellence.

Watched Stranger, I thought the ending felt a little rushed, but other that it was very good.

I started watching the first episode yesterday, I assume it is the Korean one? If so, not sure yet whether I'm enjoying it or not. The acting is a bit naff, but I guess the plot could become interesting.

Episode 2 today, so will have to wait and see.

Started Ozark yesterday, few episodes in so will see how it goes

I'm halfway through the second season. My main issue with these shows is how long their episodes run. It just makes it drag a bit too much. Decent premise and it's all interesting, but they're so dark and dreary so it's a lot to sit through in one sitting.

I gave up on Ozark, it's way too long and drags really badly (as well as being a bit daft in places).

I've been watching it in 30 minute chunks so it doesn't feel like it drags as much as it would, but completely agree with you. It's like showrunners these days think having dark, moody shows with runtimes over an hour makes their show premium content when really it just makes them boring.

Narcos Mexico isn't really a spin off, more a continuation of the Columbian story of getting the drugs into America, excellent all the way through.

I struggle a bit with Netflix series, no patience, so I've been watching more films. Curzon Home Cinema has some really good alternative films on pay as you go basis. Watched one called Bait last night, excellent.

Netflix is perfect for people with no patience!

That's what made I'm Not OK With This so easy to watch. Each episode is about 25 minutes

I finished the second series of Sunderland Til I Die last night, I thought it was better than the first series. More about the fans and the struggles of the owners. Plus, you know it has the "typical City" style ending!

I've stuck with Ozark and I'm half way through series 3 and it's actually the best series so far.

Same here - circa half way through and think it's great.

Money Heist - series 4 was decent. Far fetched of course, but entertaining as ever.

Devs - decent new series. Sci Fi intrigue concerning the pursuit of being able to project images from the past and future.

Stranger Things Series 2 may be my favourite ever telly series, slightly embarrassingly so for a middle aged bloke who should know better. But what it does it does very well indeed. Give it another go
