So a poll.

CTWD;

1. We would like a poll.
2. We were promised a poll.
3. We demand a poll.
4. Wait, if we don't win, its because Dr Allam has bribed people to vote yes*
5. This poll could be illegal*
6. CTWD haven't been consulted on the questions, we reject this poll*

(*if we don't get the result we want)

You wonder why you have less than 2k members. You scaremongering about losing the clubs history, trampling over the legacy of the club and pretty much all of the rest of the bullshit that forms the reasons for opposing a name change are acceptable to you to get people to "support" you.

Dr Allam quite simply does everything he can to ensure our continued success plus future stability and that is bribing the fans.

That sunk into your usual desperate bullshit after points one and two. :emoticon-0114-dull:

Thanks for a useful contribution, up to your usual standard, to the thread.

The bullshit after points one and two are in this thread, and many others for that matter, and are all from CTWD "supporters" (no way to tell if they all thought it was worth the 2 quid so I'll assume not)

<laugh> You're crap at this.

We still welcome a poll, we just hope it's a genuine 'are you for or against' poll, which is hardly unreasonable.

There's also very little time left to sort it, all the FA submissions are in already and the FA sub committee will report their recommendations to the FA Council shortly.

I'm hearing the wording is going to be:

"Do you want to watch football or what?"

Yes/No

As this is aimed at me I will explain. Unless all season ticket holders have consented to their personal details being passed to a third party, ie any independent company running a poll, the club and its directors commit a criminal offence. All it takes is one person to complain for it to be investigated. The complaint isn't dependent upon the outcome of the poll or whether I accept the result. Its dependent upon whether any Hull City season ticket holder feels their personal details shouldn't be passed to a third party without their consent.

Perhaps the row about medical records has passed you by.

On a slightly different tack...we've had a lot of support from other clubs, so should we be showing more support for other teams protests?

CTWD?
you are doing the equivalent of this:

John - Walkington Could you please enlighten us more on your report. What kind of a report was it, what was it based on, did you do any research. Were you asked to submit a report in some official capacity. Seems like a very strange claim to be making.

As for the poll if we get one. I just hope it is a straight question.

1. Do you want Hull City AFC to now be known and play as Hull Tigers. Yes or No

Plain and simple

30%?

How the f**k have you measured that?

Take away E1 and E2 and you have a wall of silence.

It's usually all e1 e2 e3

Then groups of fans in other sections

I went in the south stand v brighton and only a couple of lad stood up and sang

West stand well you can't noticed much noise from that stand

Think the protest was loudest v Liverpool n palace
30% sing the protest song tops in my opinion

I still think the majority of fans aren't that bothered.

BUT if it was put to a vote I think the no vote would win by a landslide.

Even though I'm not that bothered I WOULD vote no if it was a straight yes or no question

Ps.. just for the record I ALWAYS sing City till I die as loud as anyone.

Really haven't heard it being sung from the west stand .

I agree wholeheartedly with TigerFILEY, CTWD are just a tiny minority in one corner of the ground, their chants are almost totally ignored by the rest of the crowd and their attempts to raise self-congratulatory rounds of applause for their nineteenth minute efforts also meet with stony silence around the rest of the stadium.

Ha! What a load of nonsense. The truth is the majority of the singing, of any songs, comes from that corner of the ground. So to say that the west and south not singing during "city till I die" at 19:04 means that they support the name change is just ridiculous.

I'm in E6, most of the people around me are either CTWD members or against the name change, but hardly anyone sings anything. They do moan a lot though.
