If Mr. Allam does have a plan in place then the way he has gone about all of this is definitely NOT what a prudent business man would do. The most important thing is to keep the club in the Premier League this season yet his actions have caused divisions between fans, and caused the manager to have to defend his boss over disgraceful public comments. Any division within the club is potentially damaging to the prospects of remaining a Premier League club.
A prudent business man would have a plan in place, and would be in a position to show the fans the benefits on the day a name change was announced. A prudent business man would not lie to his loyal customers, nor dismiss their concerns with appalling suggestions of dying when they want. A prudent business man would not tread on democracy by ordering the removal of a banner with the current name of his team on it. A prudent business man would not get his chief executive to publicly state one thing while being intent on doing the opposite.
Staff at the KC in very high positions know full well that the name change is driven by his spat with Hull City Council and is nothing whatsoever to do with increases in finance.

Totally agree with this^^^^

Yes im not a regular poster on thisbboad but I read it constantly, I have absolutely no opinion on the name change, however , im currently sat on the coach waiting to depart for norwich,

Just wanted to put out this point. .... somebody has just come round handing out the "no to hull tigers" card, now I appreciate that most of the guys on here are anti name change, and there is lots and lots of people that clain thr opposite to papa allam that the majority are against the name change, well if that is the case, how come 2/3 of this coach either rejected the card or handed it back.

Im sure this post wont go down with the fan boys on here, but just to show a real life example of maybe the minority are the ones anti name change? Lots of comments saying hes put his money where his mouth is etc.

Just a genuine none biased observation.

Shhhhhhhhhhh, you are supposed to be the SILENT majority. Just sit there and wait for the abuse for telling it as it is.

Firstly this did not need a new thread.

Secondly ask yourself that question at 3.19 this afternoon

Can I ask a hypothetical question to the pro camp... If we did a survey and obtained the following results based on 30,000 individuals

2000 season pass holders for 15+ years 90pc again
8000+ season pass holder for 10+ years 70pc against

10000 regular attendance 60pc against

20000 everyone else 40pc against

I can't be bothered to do the maths but you get the point... Do the longer fans opinions count for more? If the stick a microphone in front of ten people and ask them their opinion and most have only been to a handful of games Is that right?

Are you on the flaskers' bus?

Do they still have Chris De Burgh on the radio?

Enjoy

I'd love to, AP - it's only 28 miles away. However, I had a new dressing put on my gammy leg, last night, and it's bleedin' killing me. (Hence the O/T post about Bookmarks - I'm sitting around in big discomfort).

What's feeling amongst Norwich fans Stan? They are all doom and gloom on the forums!
