Credit to him for that but I feel that whoever went in after Sousa had a great setup. Club had been superbly run and managed for a few years and it was ready to go.

Oh definitely, I just think Rodgers was an important phase for Laudrup to even get a sniff. I mean, I couldn't have seen Laudrup getting them promoted, not enough attacking intent for me to promote a team from that league,
One of the lads from my work was at Pools last night and spoke to Jo'sh who said it's Moyes and all of the players know that already.

I always thought Sousa was a vastly underrated manager and I agree he carried on the work of Martinez to the next level..
Martinez was adored down there and that for me was Sousa's achilles heel..

Agree entirely Joe. Sousa did come a little short but it really was a little, they'd have gone up next season regardless in my eyes.

Yeah you've a good point there but I still have big doubts about Moyes - nevertheless I'll be fully supportive of whoever comes in unlike our pretentious nearest and dearest up the road -
