No, I've only watched the first half so far, but they keep muting the crowd right down.

Yeah absolutely. I'd rather be covered than not.

I can't understand why they do that either.

I'm assuming it's to do with interpretation, things can be easily misconstrued when you don't speak a language fluently.

True, & we all know how the media can twist something for their own means.

I came away from the game happy with how we had played and in my mind we had most of the possession and looked a better team generally BUT after MOTD those stats say otherwise. The bits shown didn't do us enough justice really, we had some great play but it was never shown.

MOTD's ****,i used to enjoy it until our first two seasons in the prem. Then i saw what a poor reflection on a game of football they give.

Even that Norwich fan (piss off,no really, that's his user name) said he couldn't believe how they'd made them look the better side,it's very creative editing.

The neutral viewing public wants to see shots and goalmouth action.

    Unfortunate but true.

    I did laugh when I saw Jake's 1-2 run followed by a shot. That's why Livermore's a defensive midfielder! <laugh>

How are the ex-spurs lads getting on?

great result at the weekend fellas. You guys dug in deep and hung in there. <ok>

Both of them doing well Roo. Thudd and Livermore both had a fantastic game along with the rest of the squad, and Thudd won MOTM (though any of 4 or 5 players could've won it tbf). I think he misplaced 2 passes all game out of probably around 40. Livermore ran all over the place and won the ball back often. He must've run a marathon.

They are fitting into our slick passing style of play nicely thanks.

Thing is, we didn't really hang in there. We were the better team virtually from start to finish.

I dunno about miles better, but we we're definitely holding our own, and weren't being completely over run.

You're always going to get chances and you'll always give the opposition a sniff.

I think we counter attacked well. There was some sloppy play, but it was to be expected and both sides did it. We could've had more shots on goal if we got more bodies in the box, but over committing ourselves may have cost us.

Pleasing aspects was the defending was top notch, and we passed it about confidently. The neat triangles at the end of the match was fantastic to watch. I've not seen us keep the ball that well in ages, especially in such a tight match.

Also, i'm pleased to say Koren put himself about. Maybe due to the fact he knows he has competition for his place now.

I still think we need another striker, just in case of injury or suspension.

Huddlestone, Livermore, McGregor, Davies & Figueroa have all come in and done well. Just need for Sagbo and Graham to do likewise now.
