I thought they both were. You can't keep avoiding giving penalties on the basis that there'd be 5 or 6 every game. If the rules say it's a penalty it's a penalty. If every ref gave penalties for pushing in the box it would soon stop.

Yeah it was tacky that. MOTD is becoming a bit too much for the armchair fans to debate refereeing decisions and stuff while ignoring the football. It wasn't a classic match but they could have just said so and given some credit to our 10 men for defending so well under pressure. Why ignore the football completely?

 

Oh come on...it's better than the average 40 second clip we got last season on the Football League Show between the Peterborough and Barnsley round-up.

 

At least they didn't mute the crowd noise like Sky have.
