I am not the only 1 that heard it as OLM got a reply from someone on twitter when he said it was a load of kack, I don't know how to copy and paste from twitter tho or I would have posted it here.

How about trying to find if you can listen again? I'm not saying they didnt say it, I'm not 100%, but I honestly didnt hear them state that they have contacted his representatives. I think people are confusing 'my sources indicate / we understand' for factual statements.
Are you sure it wasnt 'sources indicate/ we believe / it is our understanding'? It would be pretty bold to state "The Allams have contacted his representatives". Again, I'm not saying it didnt say that, I would just be surprised.

Yes, but it was only unforeseen circumstances that meant he didn't take over, on your average day he would have been in.
They don't put individual clips on iPlayer, you sometimes get them put up on the BBC sport site, but this isn't a solid enough of a story to get a BBC article.
