More damning evidence that the UK's actions towards asylum seekers needs to be De-Nazified;

These are Human beings.
They are not rubbish to be disposed of.
I hear there are rooms available at the Ritz.

Seriously, though, where should they be put? We are literally running out of hotel rooms because of all the boat people coming over. Councils are at bursting point, yet still they are expected to squeeze more people in.

We are full. Pure and simple.

Time was in this Country we even used to treat murderers with respect before we hung them.
And after we hung them for that matter.

It's been well over 100 years since abusing prisoners and keeping them in squalid conditions was considered morally right.
Victorian reformers swept all that away along with medical freak shows, bear bating and sending children up chimneys.
Now the values of common decency that ushered in the 20th Century have been eroded away.
We live in a technological Dark Age, where cruelty and fear are once again the flavour of the day.

I'm proud that the Electorate rejected Rwanda and everything it stood for.
Keir Starmer and his Government will stand or fall based on whether their immigration policies are effective.
Not on how much they relish demonisation and persecution of vulnerable people.

Fact is, the vast majority of migrants are put up in hotels or council flats, which is a hell of a lot more than our own homeless folk get. We can't even house the indigenous population, let alone hundreds of thousands from abroad. It's time to raise the drawbtidge for at least the next decade. Let the current populace settle in. But, let's face it, that'll never happen with a Labour government. Or any government for that matter. Sadly, we get what we vote for.

There's a Congolese family near me. They have seven children. The parents are a lovely couple. I helped them set up their council tax account and recycling system. Neither of them work, meaning they exist solely off of benefits. As much as they are decent folk, I'm not sure they are really adding anything worthwhile to society. Maybe I'm missing something here.

Charity begins at home - we have enough poverty and people needing help within our own society without these mainly young male illegal migrants putting even more of a strain on our fragile economy

The needy having to be rehoused have to wait whilst 9 people living the dream overseas. Ffs.

There is massive corruption surrounding migrant workers in the UK.

An industry built on Human misery.
Gangs who take people's passports and keep them in terror, stealing most of the pittance they earn.
Workers crammed like sardines into prefab buildings in suburban gardens.
Slavery, exploitation, sweat shops, cash-in-hand black markets, trafficking, prostitution, child labour.

All of this has exploded during the past 20 years, and has accelerated since Austerity began.
And none of it is the fault of the victims.
Just as groomed kids are not at fault when they are exploited as drug mules or sex workers.

The evil b**tards running these gangs need to be smashed.
I want to see this start happening now we supposedly have a new Government committed to change.

At my previous allotment in Forest Hill I watched an enormous garden shed being built in an adjoining garden, and wondered why they needed such a large shed. One of the other plotholders told me why- at about 9-10 o'clock a shedload (geddit) of Rumanians would leave the large house to go and sleep in the large shed. Where there's muck there's brass.

I know Romanians like to pack houses, I did not it extended to garden sheds.

Another few hundred have landed today. Yet another huge drain on resources. They'll never leave. Who are they? What are their intentions? We simply don't know. Thousands just set free to do as they please. A complete and utter failure by the politicians tasked with keeping us safe. I despair.

Were they actual Romanians or Roma? The former tend to work hard, whereas the latter... I'll hold my words.

There's been an excellent series on Radio4 To Catch a Scorpion, Scorpion being the top People-Smuggler. You can't imagine the huge amounts of money these people are making from their illegal operations. If 2 intrepid reporters could track him down it must be possible, with enough international cooperation, to bring them to justice. But countries involved in the operation to catch them would need to match the determination of the criminals to keep on making huge fortunes, and Belgium appears to be the only country making that sort of commitment. The series is all available on BBCSounds.

Utterly sickening.

These were not jobless illegal immigrants - they are nurses, serving the local community.
This is what starts to happen when racism and xenophobia is nurtured.
When all foreigners are despised.

Coming to a town near you and me, if Nigel Farage gets his way.
Unfortunately, we will see more attacks like this as parochial communities are changed forever by influxes of migrants. Eight African families moving into one estate is enough to strike fear into locals, especially in ultra-nationalistic areas. In the big cities the arrival of eight families wouldn't even be noticed, but in one small, predominantly white area it will stir up all manner of tensions and anger. It's shocking to see, yet not at all surprising.
