If they occur whilst driving, the best thing to do is put your foot down and accelerate right through them. That way you’ll break out of what appear to be hallucinations, but are actually distortions in the space/time continuum. When you reach the other side, you will find yourself floating, Starship Enterprise style, calmly in space; or, possibly, the sea.

Yeah I'm pretty sure they are just migraines. I've had them on and off since I was about 16, so I don't think I'm going to fall of the perch.

Like I said, just wondering if anybody has them and if they've got any tips .

Get some food allergy tests done - I have worked with two people who suffered similarly as you.
One was allergic to garlic and that’s what triggered her migraines, the other had wheat intolerance as a trigger

My missus and I once went on a holiday jolly with her company. One of her colleagues suffered from cluster headaches which I’d never previously heard of. Was quite unpleasant watching the poor fella go through an episode. They only lasted a couple of minutes but the guy would be in head in hands, screaming agony.
