Honestly it works a treat, and you can drink it in front of people and they think it's some fancy green tea. You'll look the part in your gay rock hugging circles.

I have some great recipes if you decide to try it.
Failing that buy poppy pods and make your own poppy tea. Be very careful though as it can be ****ing strong. But that's easy as **** to buy, I think Amazon still sell it, the stupid bastards![]()
Cheers bru, I'll check that properly a bit later.

I have seen a doctor mate. They prescribed some nasal spray ****e that was ****e. Also speak regularly with some mates of mine who are GPs and they are all at a loss with the causes of migraine.
I'm pretty sure there will be a plant substance out there that will help. Something in the opioid family like Sky mentioned. I'll do a bit of research and conventional medicine doesn't seem to have any answers with this.

Anybody else on here experience them ?
I get what are called silent migraines, no actual pain, just massive visual disturbance and then feeling completely washed out for the remainder of the day. Starts off with a sort of blind spot in my right eye, almost like when you've accidentally looked directly at the sun, it then develops into a zig zig snake like pulsing and flashing band, that gets bigger and bigger until it fades out of the periphery of my vision.
Whole thing lasts about 30 mins. Sometimes I can get along with the visuals, but often they happen at the most inopportune moments, like driving the van. So I just have to pull over and wait for it to pass.
Anyway, anybody got any tips ? I got prescribed some nasal spray thing from the GP once and it was ****. I've also used Feverfew which helps a bit. But I'd be keen to hear other people's experiences and anything that's helped.
Had two optical migraines in the last three years. First one was quite bad and very scary; blurred and then tunnel vision for about 45mins followed by headache. Second was only short and only had blurred vision.
