There’s going to be risk whichever way you look at it. Ask yourself, “Do I trust the other five in my bubble are following the social distancing guidelines well enough to make me happy/comfortable in sitting with them?” They’ve pretty much said they’re not going to police it.
He's not just the Chief Fire Officer, he's also in charge of the region's response to Covid 19. I can't imagine he'll be too happy about the club saying they won't be able to police it. They'll be made to or not open.
We've not received anything either. Are the club still in the process of sending them out? I understand some were emailed over a week ago. I realise that we can get the survey from the link kindly provided by Dennis and OLM but there will surely be people who don't know this.
Given the deadline is next Tuesday (I think?) there’s not much likelihood of any more emails going out?
When the club banned me, they sent the letter to an address I hadn't been at for over a year, rather than the one they'd been sending all my away tickets to all season. They seem particularly crap at this sort of thing.
How careless of the club, conveniently 'forgetting' to add that those in a bubble should be from the same household (or support bubble), and then basically advising supporters that they won't be policing it anyway. It's reassuring that they have so much regard for our safety. . They won't receive any support from SAG and Sports Ground Safety Authority. Be interesting how Enob tries to explain himself out of this one
My email arrived on Monday, I only opened it because it was headed ' 20/21 Membership Social Bubble', I usually don't read and just delete anything City email me. The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
Get ready for HDM headlines stating that City played in front of a deserted stadium with only 6,600 in and ones saying Hull FC fans show they are the best in the country by buying all 6,600 available tickets.
Membership officially expired yesterday. No longer a member. This will probably be the first season of my adult life without going to a City game. Bit sad.
Oh well I filled the bubble survey thing in not realising what they might actually mean. The lad and 4 mates are in our bubble, so **** knows what's going to happen, it wasnt exactly clear.
I ;handed my notice' in yesterday. I could have done so at many different points during the last 6 years for so many different reasons. Was still a sad day.
My sister in law is a Middlesboro passholder. She actually renewed for this season prior to lockdown. They are able to claim (pro rata) a refund for any games missed. Because she is over 70 and shielding, the club actually rang her to see how they were coping. She was disappointed because some similar pass holders had received calls from players. That's how to treat supporters, Ehab and you know what, she hasn't bothered claiming the refunds because 'the club will be struggling'.
