Fully agree with that, let's face it who would be responsible if someone dies on the pitch because of delayed action by the medical staff as they are to afraid to make decisions?
The medical staff take their cue from the referee who summons them onto the pitch. If the injury is serious the the medical staff will usually go onto the pitch regardless of the ref. the bottom line here is that the safety of the players is paramount. It should have nothing to do with the manger.
For Maureen to place the outcome of the game above the safety of the players is the wrong priority anyway. But for him to publicly criticise Eva Caniero and then chastise her further by demoting her from the bench, just shows what a petulant little **** he is.
