The medical staff take their cue from the referee who summons them onto the pitch. If the injury is serious the the medical staff will usually go onto the pitch regardless of the ref. the bottom line here is that the safety of the players is paramount. It should have nothing to do with the manger. For Maureen to place the outcome of the game above the safety of the players is the wrong priority anyway. But for him to publicly criticise Eva Caniero and then chastise her further by demoting her from the bench, just shows what a petulant little **** he is.
Some good points made on the beeb article http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/33890769 I still stand by my initial view that Mourinho will be enjoying the negative attention, but the article makes a valid point that last season he was full of praise for his medical staff. José Mourinho defends Chelsea medical staff after Diego Costa suffers further hamstring blow http://www.ibtimes.co.uk/jose-mouri...-costa-suffers-further-hamstring-blow-1494987 This whole saga can be resolved with a hug and a cup of tea!
Gary Lineker has just come out with this tweet: 'Might apply for the Chelsea doctor's job given the applicant must have understand football. Not sure if any medical knowledge is required'
Apologise ? He should be made to get down on his knees and lick her boots clean. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/33890769
Eva Carneiro: Predecessor criticises Chelsea doctor's post http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/33906491
This here tells me Ralph is a complete cretin... And Rogers, who did not question Carneiro's judgement and treatment of Hazard, added: "There has to be a very good relationship between the medical staff, or the physician, and the manager. "The manager has to be able to trust the medical judgement he's receiving and when that trust is broken, where do you go? It's going to be difficult." There was fck all wrong with her medical judgement. This, coming from a previous team doctor ffs.
Mourinho has deflected all criticism of his teams performance onto himself. That is why he has done it That's why he always does it. and he does it for the same reason Wenger never sees anything, even when he is looking directly at it. Publicly it HAS to be someone else's fault, because blaming the players may upset their confidence, which may have a negative effect their performance. Why take the chance doing that to one of your star players, Hazard, when you can blame it on a 2-a-penny medic, whose later little dig on social media was a bit 'impulsive and naive,' very silly to dig at your boss like that, especially over such a typhoon in a thimble such as this. I've been called a hell of a lot worse than 'naive and impulsive', the furore about it shows how pathetic and jealous people are. You'd think he was a rapist.
The point is that medical staff should be left alone to do their job. Have you seen the clip of him losing his rag on the touchline, doesn't look like someone casting around for an excuse to me.
Well, I'm not going to learn anything about wumming from you. Unless it's how to turn a wum 360 back on yourself
Exactly this I don't buy this crap about Maureen deliberately trying to deflect blame from his players onto himself by coming out with stupid excuses. He just reacts in a petulant way to when things aren't going his way. He's not doing it in some calculated way to try and ease the pressure on his players, he just simply can't help being a ****.
So does all this mean I should go to the bookies and place a bet on a Mourinho defensive masterclass away to City? or are City going to take Chelsea to the cleaners and put real pressure on Jose?
The idea that Mourhino did all this to deflect attention or criticism from his players is PURE FANTASY. It's not difficult ffs. Chelsea drew, Arsenal lost. Have Arsenal or their players received any more "attention" or "criticism" than Chelsea? No Deflect criticism
