Whatever kind of relationship he has with his medical staff should have remained private, not hung out to dry in public.
Tell me exactly how these two are numpty medical staff? You are now not only accusing them of being naive like Maureen but you are putting their professional abilities into question. What level of qualification do you have to do that?
I have no idea what your game is here - one of your famous fishing expeditions - but I couldn't disagree more. Firstly he is not qualified to argue medical matters with the medical staff, he should stay out of it. Secondly his tantrum was that of 5 year old girl and he was 100% wrong in his analysis. The ref called the medics on and to ignore this would make them incompetent and negligent. Finally he should man up and say he got it wrong. Abramovich will show him who is really the boss if he keeps dragging the name of his club down like this.
Because they upset Jose. He's in charge. You don't upset the boss. That is a lesson that you will learn very quickly, when you start work, Jager. They upset the boss, and now they've been removed from the Chelsea bench, probably forever. I tried to write this post in as many words of one syllable as possible.
How dare you! I don't play games. Especially not ones that are being sponsored by the tabloid press! I demand an apology!
I have the utmost respect for him as a tactician. But, as a person,he comes across as an arrogant asshole!
yep, it's a nothing story and simply something to bash Mourinho with, they aren't sacked, and he has not once called into question their medical abilities or integrity, just their naivety about footballers and their tendency to roll around on the floor feigning injury, I'm struggling to understand why people have jumped on their high horses for such a non-story. else where in football Vardy was caught making drunken racist slurs and Diafra Sakho was arrested for assaulting a woman. But hey, that's nothing, Mourinho called someone Impulsive and Naive, quick, grab the pitchforks.
He doesn't have one. He's just arse licking Maureen and has been doing so on here for some time now. Maureen's actions were out of order and totally unprofessional, only somebody with an agenda will try and argue otherwise.
I am the boss where I work, I take criticism from employees on board and try and better myself, you should try it when you grow up
To their credit, most of the Chelsea posters (no, not including HIAG here) have distanced themselves from his actions. There is definitely something wrong with Mourinho, seems to have lost his self control.
Your tongue is so far up Maureen's arse it's unreal. Funnily enough, it's not the first time Maureen has lost it in press interviews, he did it frequently at Real when he was under pressure. He's under pressure now and reverting to type i.e. a petulant and arrogant ****.
I noticed on the Chelsea board that most of them are pretty disgusted with his behaviour on this issue. The fact that HIAG is arse licking Maureen, shows what a cringeworthy sycophant he is.
I worked as a manager in the NHS for 16 years. A good manager has to motivate, educate, inspire, delegate, act as a role model, be diplomatic and learn to give and take criticism in a constructive way. But most of all to be able take responsibility for all of your decisions and actions. The idea that you 'don't upset the boss, that is a lesson you will learn very quickly when you start work' tells me that HIAG either hasn't worked in a professional environment, or has only worked somewhere with very limited and directive set of instructions, a bit like McDonalds.
I understand what Mourinho was saying, but he chose the wrong way to do it and the wrong targets for his anger. Picking on medical professional for doing their job is a surefire way to get people's backs up. Doesn't help when one of them's an attractive woman, either. Taking them to the side and telling them to get the nod from him before going on the pitch would've been far more sensible. If he wanted to pull his usual distraction bullshit, then he should've just blamed the ref and claimed that Courtois' red was wrong. It wasn't, in my opinion, but that's not really something that stops him from putting up a smokescreen for not winning a game.
I agree with most of what you say PleaseNotPoll , but the medical staff shouldn't have to wait for permission from an unqualified football manager to attend a patient.
Not if it's an emergency, of course. 99.9% of the time it's not even an injury, though. There must be an easy way for players to signal to the bench to say that there's not really anything wrong with them. No signal, then the medics come on.
Yes but the referee indicated for them to come on to look at the player, what has a manager got to do with anything ? This player is a patient until the doctor says they are not.
